Bacon Brussels Sprouts
- 4 slices of Bent Arrow Acres Bacon, cut into one inch strips
- 1 pound brussels sprouts washed, steamed and halved
- Salt and Pepper
- Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and place on a paper (or unpaper) towel lined plate.
- Add brussels sprouts to same pan with left over bacon fat, flat side down to carmelize 2-3 minutes.
- Toss with salt and pepper and cook until tender, about ten to fifteen minutes, or until tender. Stirring occasionally.
- Add bacon to brussel sprouts and toss to combine.
- Serve right away.
