Bacon Brussels Sprouts
 
Ingredients
  • 4 slices of Bent Arrow Acres Bacon, cut into one inch strips
  • 1 pound brussels sprouts washed, steamed and halved
  • Salt and Pepper
Instructions
  1. Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and place on a paper (or unpaper) towel lined plate.
  2. Add brussels sprouts to same pan with left over bacon fat, flat side down to carmelize 2-3 minutes.
  3. Toss with salt and pepper and cook until tender, about ten to fifteen minutes, or until tender. Stirring occasionally.
  4. Add bacon to brussel sprouts and toss to combine.
  5. Serve right away.
